We offer accredited investors the chance to participate in our deals following the successful closing of each loan by the founders. Investing in Loanis bridge loans offers a collateralized investment with the potential for double digit returns and steady monthly income backed by commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, and select land properties.

 

Strategy
Leveraging the expertise of founders Ken Bond and Grant Herren, Loanis targets off-market loan and investment opportunities, focusing on bridge lending for secured real estate backed deals. Our strategic selection process ensures investments with low LTVs, minimizing risk and maximizing returns. All deals are short-term with an initial 12 month period. This short-term approach provides investors with a clear, transparent path to fixed reliable monthly income streams and a return of their capital.
